appearance; Oishi has grown comfortable with himself. His smile was always warm and ready, but is now faintly outlined in deep laugh lines. Somewhere along the way his worry turned into resolve, and his gaze is clear instead of worried. His hair was always curly and unruly, so he keeps it as close-cropped to his head as possible. His body is outlined with musculature from his conscientious daily exercise routine; his parents always told him that daily exercise was good for the body, and he faithfully followed their word as best he could. He tends toward the strictly proper and conservative in dress, always a little more formal than those around him -- out of respect.

position + how long they have been with the agency?; administrator. He's been at a field office as a very low level technical supply clerk for the past three years, but a year ago was promoted to a higher position as a supply ordering admin for the tech department at the Tokyo office.

Oishi Shuuichirou was a model child, quietly doing exactly what his parents expected of him. He led an unexceptional early life, working hard (if not brilliantly) at everything that he was supposed to do. His family was quiet and ordinary, with a strict but loving father and a quiet mother. Oishi is like his mother in most respects except for the occasional flares of (very difficult to rouse) passionate temper. He graduated from high school with decent grades, went on to college to complete a degree in English with a minor in technology.

After graduation he did exactly what was expected of him and married the girl next door. He went to work ordering technical parts for a small tech firm. He quickly proved his stirling character, methodically working through all of his orders with attention to detail. A government official soon noticed his work, and he was recruited to the agency, ordering parts for the technical branch.

At present day, he's been divorced for a year, and maintains amicable relations with his ex-wife.

Oishi sat upright at his desk, his back board-straight and his fingers playing furiously over the keys.

One of his men needed him to order a new computer. He stared at the request papers, trying to take the machine apart in his mind. What the...? Oh. It was from that Kikumaru. That man was always sending in the strangest requests, full of seemingly unnecessary components that were somehow integral to the overall workings of the machine...

Oishi sighed. Kikumaru...forever throwing him for a loop. But then his mouth twitched in a small grin. He actually, secretly, enjoyed the challenge. He worked furiously for a long while, mentally breaking down the computer into its component parts, making spreadsheet entries about where the best quality for each piece could be found. He was working so hard that it took a strong cough to break him out of his daze.

Oishi turned around, jumping a bit.
